Printing Methods

Creative Line & Co. works with some of Australia’s best printeries to deliver only high-quality stationery to you. We are excited to offer 4 different printing methods, there is something for any style, preference and budget.

Did you know that all of our semi-custom designs can be tailored to you by adding different print methods and other add-ons?

Digital Print

Digital Print is the most basic, fastest and most cost-effective printing method. Coloured or black ink is applied to any card stock and thickness leaving a vibrant, smooth, crisp finish.

White Ink

White ink printing uses the same technique as digital printing, but has a more unique look, since it cannot be produced by generic printers. White ink printing is suitable for medium to darker card stock of any thickness. It delivers a crisp finish without being pressed into the card stock.

Price: $-$$
Minimum order: 20 copies

Letterpress & Embossing

Letterpress printing leaves a breathtaking impression of your design/artwork on thick card stock. It adds a tactile, luxurious and unique touch to your invitation design. Letterpress is suited for most 300gsm cardstock; however, we highly recommend choosing thicker card for an even deeper impression.

The best 3D effect is achieved on white or light 600gsm card stock. Embossing is similar to letterpress, but the artwork is pressed into the card from behind and creates a raised look.

Hot Foil Stamping

Foiling is very similar to letterpress printing, but instead of using inks, the design is pressed to card with shiny, luxurious foil. There is a range of different foil colours available, including gold, silver, rose, copper and many more. Foiling looks stunning on 300gsm card, however, we recommend choosing 600gsm to achieve a more pillowy look. Foiling is a luxurious but also the most expensive printing method, but definitely worth the investment.
